One bright white LED (or a single red, green, or blue LED).
LED bulb life is typically 50,000 to 100,000 hours or more.
Bright white light, never yellows as battery power declines.
Recessed plastic lens protects bulb and focuses the beam.
All models have an always on mode for easy night location.
Special electronics control battery drain and extend usage.
One inexpensive 9V alkaline battery yields twenty to forty hours of use on high beam. Or use lithium for twice the life, 1/3 lighter weight, and use in extreme temperatures.

Stainless steel retainer band removes easily for quick tool-free battery replacement, except Safe-Light and HumVee which require a screwdriver for battery replacement.

Safe-Light Companion Series Flashlight Features (Discontinued)
Four operating modes: Fully Off, Dim (Night Light), High Beam, Emergency Strobe.
Strobe flashes high beam at 3/4 second intervals for use as an emergency beacon.
Typical Battery Runtimes: High Beam: 40 Hrs, Strobe: 200 Hrs, Night Light: 2 Yrs.
Rugged polycarbonate body with translucent top, textured inserts, and logo panel.
Removable spring clip with magnet. Stainless steel screws, rubber seal gaskets.
